Ladies Long Luncheon

Terms and conditions

• Event: Ladies Long Luncheon, Friday 4 December 2026, commencing at 12 midday at Devil’s Hollow Tavern & Brewery.

• Tickets: Only 60 tickets are available. Each ticket provides admission to the event, the luncheon meal and two included drinks from the nominated beer or wine selection.

• Included drinks: Included drinks are available only to guests aged 18 years or over and are subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements. Included drinks cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other products. Additional drinks may be purchased separately.

• Age requirement: This is an 18+ event. Valid photo identification may be required to enter the event or receive alcoholic drinks.

• Seating: Guests will be seated at shared long tables. The organiser may determine the seating layout and make reasonable adjustments to accommodate group bookings and venue requirements.

• Group bookings: Guests wishing to sit together should purchase their tickets in the same transaction where possible. While reasonable efforts will be made to seat groups together, this cannot be guaranteed for tickets purchased separately.

• Dietary requirements: Dietary requirements must be provided when purchasing tickets. The venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary requirements; however, meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen where allergens may be present. Guests with serious allergies should contact the venue before purchasing a ticket.

• Ticket transfers and refunds: Tickets may be transferred to another person. Refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, or where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. A change of mind or inability to attend does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund. If you cannot attend, please contact the ticketing platform or event organiser as soon as possible.

• Event changes: The organiser may make reasonable changes to the menu, drinks selection, seating arrangements, entertainment or event schedule. If the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase.

• Venue requirements: All guests must comply with venue directions, responsible service of alcohol requirements and applicable liquor laws. The venue may refuse alcohol service, refuse entry or require a guest to leave if they are intoxicated, behaving unsafely or disrupting the event.

• Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
